Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 days before shipment.
For deliveries to France, estimated delivery time is approximately 8–18 days after processing. Delivery times to other European destinations may vary depending on the country and local carrier.
Shipping costs, when applicable, are displayed at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by customs, local carriers or periods of high demand.
Returns
We want you to feel confident ordering from MYLVORA.
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us before sending any item back so we can provide the correct return instructions.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returned items should be kept in their original condition, allowing only the handling necessary to inspect the product.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. In these cases, MYLVORA will arrange an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.
Once an eligible return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
