Estimated delivery times and applicable shipping conditions are available in that policy.
These estimates may be affected by carrier delays, customs procedures, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Mandatory consumer rights relating to delivery remain unaffected.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Where EU consumer law applies, customers generally have 14 calendar days after receiving the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason.

8. Returns and Refunds
Return shipping costs for a change-of-mind return may be borne by the customer where permitted by applicable law and where the customer has been informed accordingly.
Products that are damaged, defective, incorrect or non-conforming are handled separately in accordance with applicable statutory consumer rights.
Approved refunds are made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
9. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
Consumers benefit from mandatory statutory guarantees provided by applicable law.
For consumers protected by French law, the legal guarantee of conformity applies to eligible goods sold by a professional under the conditions provided by the French Consumer Code.
